Mrs. Patricia Chu Yeung Pak-yu, the Chairperson of CIFA, is dedicated to serving the community after retirement from the post of Deputy Director of Social Welfare. Besides promoting family well-being, Mrs. Chu engages service to cancer patients and their families as well as advocacy in work-life balance with her experience of the Equal Opportunities Commission.
