Hong Kong Cancer Day cum Symposium
Data from the Hong Kong Cancer Registry reveals that cancer has continuously been the number one killer disease in Hong Kong for the past 30 years. In view of this, The Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society, in collaboration with 40 government departments, NGOs and corporations, is organizing the 1st Hong Kong Cancer Day with the theme of “Celebration of Life” to raise public awareness on importance of public health and cancer prevention among the various sectors in the Hong Kong community.
