Following the successful and memorable Asian Family Summit in August in Hong Kong last year, it’s time to announce and to invite you to the 6th CIFA Regional Symposium to be held in November 2020 in Taiwan. The theme of the Symposium is Family First: Supporting Asian Families in the Era of lnclusive Growth to further echo the global efforts on working towards the Sustainable Development Goals promoted in the Agenda For Action 2030.

National Taiwan University Children and Family Research Center sponsored by CTBC Charity Foundation (CFRC) is honoured to co-host this event with the Consortium of Institutes on Family in the Asian Region (CIFA). Local collaborators include Child Welfare League Foundation, National Taiwan University, International Council on Social Welfare, Taiwan, Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation, Taiwan NPO Self-Regulation Alliance. The Symposium provides another opportunity for many countries/regions in Asia to come together to address challenges faced by families, with a view to advance their well-being.
